RiverLab: Canoe on the Lagoon at Garfield

A guided canoe paddle on the Garfield Park Lagoon, part of the Chicago Park District's RiverLab series aimed at reconnecting residents with the river. Thursday evening, September 17, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, with basic instruction provided and all equipment included in the registration fee. Beginners are welcome, and the event is open to ages 3 and up, though youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and sunscreen; plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
