Intro to Tandem Kayaking at Northerly Island

A two-hour tandem kayaking session on the Northerly Island Park Lagoon, led by instructors who cover the basics for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. The route passes through prairie and wetland habitats with skyline views. Monday, August 10, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM; all equipment is included in the registration fee. Participants 8 and up are welcome; anyone under 18 must come with an adult. Dress in quick-dry clothing, bring water and sunscreen, and arrive at least ten minutes early.
