Chicago Astronomer at Northerly Island

The Chicago Astronomer series brings professional-grade telescopes and guided stargazing to Northerly Island Park on Thursday evening, October 15, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Each session includes educational presentations about what's visible that night, hands-on telescope instruction, and looks at planets, stars, and deep-space objects. Suitable for beginners and experienced observers alike, with all ages welcome. Weather permitting.
