Golden Hour at Northerly Island

Golden Hour at Northerly Island offers a hands-on evening of nature art, gardening, and community at the park's visitor center grounds. Participants get their hands dirty in the garden beds, then share in a harvest potluck and let the landscape inspire arts and crafts projects. The program runs Fridays from 5 to 7 PM on September 16, September 30, October 14, and October 23, with this final session on Friday, October 23. All ages are welcome, no registration is required, and you can email the park district if you plan to come or have questions.
