Yoga at NPV

A weekly yoga session for adults at North Park Village Nature Center, meeting Sundays from 9:45 to 10:45 AM from September 13 through November 29. The setting is a nature center, which gives the practice a quieter, outdoors-adjacent feel than a typical studio class. Instruction-based, for adults.
