Hearing in Color brings its resident vocal ensemble, Chroma, to Douglass Park for a concert built around belonging and justice. The program, part of the Chroma in the Parks series, mixes contemporary classical works by Chicago composers like Ayanna Woods and Jalen Scott with reimagined favorites and material inspired by Beyoncé. Arrive early for a pre-show set from the Ravinia Lawndale Family Music School Adult Choir. The concert runs Friday, October 16, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, and is free.
