Bird Collisions Crafting Workshop at Douglass
A crafting workshop at Douglass Park that turns awareness about Chicago's bird collisions into a tangible, large-scale art project. Led by Holly Greenberg, participants make birds that will join a 300-foot-long carpet of 10,836 individual birds, destined for exhibition in Chicago and across the US and Canada. The workshop takes place Thursday, August 6, from 5 to 7 PM, and is organized by Bird Collisions in the Anthropocene.
