Mixed Media Making

A weekly making workshop for teens 13 to 18 at the Portage-Cragin library, where each Tuesday from 4 to 5 PM features a different hands-on project. The September 1 session is a DIY Locker Magnet Basket, with all supplies provided. Later weeks include bracelet making, beaded keychains, and photo frames for Dia de los Muertos (participants are encouraged to bring a photo of a deceased loved one for that one). This is a free, guided program that rotates through crafts, art, and makerspace tech.
