Teen Tuesdays
Join us every Tuesday this summer to explore a new Chapter of Chicago with events and crafts guided by a librarian and teen interns. If you join our Summer at CPL Teen Summer Challenge, this is a great way to check off your Pick 4 activities. All supplies will be provided.
June 9: Bring Your Own Book Club Read something great lately? Come join us to talk about what you're reading! The librarian will be discussing Clown in A Cornfield if you want something spooky to read.
June 16: DIY Chicago Flag Keychains Show off your Chi-Town pride with a handmade Chicago Flag Keychain
June 23: Impression Walk Permission slip required; please email us or stop in the library for a copy.
Explore the Belmont-Cragin area and make personalized stamps with clay impressions of cool things we find on the walk!
July 7: 3D Collages: Learn how to use Apoxie Sculpt to make 3D collages on different surfaces! We'll have mini tins and glass jars for you to decorate, or bring something of your own!
July 14: Lego Club: All Grown Up Design different Lego creations for fun or to compete in our mini design challenges
July 21: Garden Gaming Play outdoor games like bags, ladder golf and more in our library garden
July 28: Musical Theater Karaoke Sing along to your favorite tunes from musicals or plays!
