Mindful Looking (Sept 17 at 12:00)

A monthly program that pairs close looking with guided meditation, held at the Griffin Court meeting point inside the museum. On Thursday, September 17, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, a trained educator leads a 45-minute session that begins with discussion of an artwork, followed by a meditation reflecting on a theme — all without requiring any prior meditation experience. Stools are provided, and the program is free with museum admission; no registration needed.
