English Language Learning (ELL/ESL) Course/Curso de Inglés

A free English Language Learning course meets twice a week at Portage-Cragin, taught in small groups with a curriculum covering speaking, writing, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural understanding. Designed for practical use—talking to supervisors, children’s teachers, neighbors, and doctors—the class runs Mondays and Wednesdays, and participants are encouraged to attend every session. Space is limited; registration is required online. Accessibility accommodations are available with at least 14 business days' notice. The Wednesday, September 23 session meets from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
