Early Morning Power Walk in Nature at NPV

A guided power walk through North Park Village Nature Center at a time of day most visitors don't get to see. On Tuesday, September 22, from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, a staff member leads a brisk, full-body walk with active arm movement and posture work, punctuated by mindful pauses for breathing and stretching in the early-morning landscape. Participants need comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. Free, but space is limited and registration is required.
