Early Bird Walks at NPV

Early Bird Walks at North Park Village Nature Center give you a head start on fall migration, with the trails open two hours before the Nature Center itself unlocks. On Saturday, October 3, from 8 to 10 AM, you can join a group led by J’orge Garcia of Windy City Bird Lab or take a self-guided stroll; binoculars and field guides are available for free once the center opens at 9 AM. Beginners are welcome, and no registration is needed—parking and entry are always free. Note that the October 17 walk is canceled for the center’s Fall Festival.
