Bird Collisions Crafting Workshop at Douglass
A hands-on art workshop at Douglass Park on Thursday, August 6, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, led by Holly Greenberg to address Chicago's significant bird collision problem. Participants craft birds that will join a 300-foot-long installation of 10,836 birds, a traveling exhibition planned for Chicago and locations across the US and Canada. The workshop is organized by Bird Collisions in the Anthropocene, and all materials and instruction are provided as part of the project.
