Write at CPL Celebration

A citywide gathering for writers of all stripes at the Harold Washington Library Center's Winter Garden. Whether you're part of a CPL writing group, attended a workshop this year, or just write on your own, this Wednesday evening event from 5:00 to 7:00 PM offers a chance to connect with other writers, share work, and learn about local writing organizations. Activities include an open mic corner, pop-up writing workshops, storytelling board games, and a presentation with the winner of the 2026 Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Contest. Registration is required due to limited space.
