What Is Progress: Soundtrack of Progress

A listening session tied to the *What Is Progress?* exhibit on the library's third floor, this Wednesday afternoon event plays the most influential Chicago music of the 20th century — the soundtrack to the city's story. Attendees are welcome to bring a project to work on, a book to read, or simply their appreciation for the sounds, making it a low-key midday break on September 30 from noon to 2 PM at Harold Washington Library Center.
