A walking tour of Pilsen's murals led by local poet and multidisciplinary artist Luis Tubens, offered on Saturday, October 3 at 10:30 AM. The walk weaves together the neighborhood's history, Mexican identity, and activism through the public art on viaducts, buildings, and doors. The tour runs 1.5 to 2 hours and meets outside the National Museum of Mexican Art at 1852 West 19th Street. Tickets are $25, or $22.50 for museum members, and include free admission to the Chicago History Museum for one week from the tour date.
