Walking Tour | Glitterati on the Gold Coast

A free walking tour from the Chicago History Museum that explores the Gilded Age playground of Chicago's wealthiest families, the Gold Coast. Led by a volunteer guide, the 1.5-to-2-hour walk on Saturday, July 25, at 10 AM takes in ornate architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Sullivan, a rare wood-block alleyway, and early mansions including the Archbishop's Residence. The tour also includes free museum admission for one week from the tour date. Registration is $25, or $22.50 for members, and the group meets at the Chicago History Museum.
