The Brainerd Bakers

The Brainerd Branch launches a monthly meetup for bakers of all skill levels, combining a book discussion with recipe testing. On Tuesday, September 1, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, the group tackles *Bread* by First Atlas Media — limited copies are available at the circulation desk. The format is deliberately low-key: participants try out recipes from the selected book at home, then gather to talk about how things went in the kitchen. This is a free program at the Brainerd branch; registration is requested.
