The Artist's Studio at the Library

A drop-in open studio program at Humboldt Park, in partnership with the Art Institute of Chicago, invites kids ages 6 and up to create abstract drawings inspired by Chicago sculptor Richard Hunt. Summer interns guide participants with new prompts and art tools each day, making this a low-key creative option for a Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 to 1:30 PM on July 28. All are welcome, including teens working on their summer reading activities, and no registration is required.
