Teen Vinyl Cutting Hour

A free, drop-in vinyl-cutting workshop for high school teens at Harold Washington Library Center on Monday, October 5, from 4 to 5 PM. Participants get hands-on practice with the library's vinyl cutter and leave with a sticker of their own design; all materials are supplied. The program is for teens ages 13 to 19.
