Teen DIY: Felt Name Flags

A hands-on workshop for high school teens at the Chinatown branch library: learn to use the Cricut cutting machine to design and assemble a felt name pennant flag. No sewing experience needed, and all materials are provided while supplies last. The session runs Wednesday, September 30, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.
