Supporting Your LGBTQ+ Kids

A workshop for parents and adult mentors who want to better support the LGBTQ+ kids in their lives as the new school year begins. Representatives from PFLAG’s Beverly/Morgan Park Chapter and Roots & Rays Creative Counseling lead the session, offering practical tips and pointing to local resources. It takes place Monday, August 31, from 6 to 7 PM at the Beverly branch. Registration is required to receive an email reminder; sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with at least 14 business days’ notice.
