Summer Crafternoon: STEM Building Challenges

A hands-on building challenge for kids 6 to 13 at the West Chicago Avenue branch on Monday, July 27, from 2 to 3 PM. Participants test their engineering skills with timed challenges — like building the tallest tower from toilet paper or a structure sturdy enough to support a person — using materials provided on-site. Children 11 and younger need an adult with them. The library asks for accessibility accommodation requests at least 14 business days in advance.
