Silent Read-In
The Silent Read-In is exactly what it sounds like: an hour of quiet, communal reading for adults who would rather make progress on their book than make small talk. The event takes place Saturday, November 7, from 1 to 2 PM at the Harold Washington Library Center. If you arrive without a book, the library provides curated reading lists to choose from. No registration required, and accessibility accommodations are available with two weeks' notice.
