RTA Programs and Assistance Table

A drop-in assistance session on the third floor of Harold Washington Library on Thursday, August 27, from 1 to 3 PM, where a representative from the Regional Transportation Authority helps with applications for reduced fare, Ride Free, ADA Paratransit, and Taxi Access Program cards. Bring an ID and proof of disability if applicable; those applying for a Ride Free card should first complete the Benefit Access Program application through the Illinois Department on Aging. Accessibility accommodations require a request at least 14 business days in advance.
