RiverLab: Sunset Paddle at Park No. 571

A sunset paddle on the Chicago River that doubles as a history and ecology lesson about Bubbly Creek. RiverLab leads this evening outing from Park No. 571 in Bridgeport on Thursday, October 15, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, and since the sun goes down during the trip, headlamps are provided. The registration fee covers equipment rental and instruction; children must be at least three years old, and those under 35 pounds need to bring their own life vest. Participants under 18 must come with an adult, and everyone should arrive 15 minutes early.
