
Reading is for Everyone: Braille Literacy Discussion and Reading Circle
A monthly braille literacy discussion and reading circle for members of the Chicago Public Library Assistive Resources and Talking Book Center, meeting on Saturday, December 12, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Harold Washington Library Center. Each session uses selected idioms, jokes, and poetry to build braille reading skills in a supportive group setting. Braille handouts are provided, and attendees may bring their own NLS braille eReader. Registration is required and limited to ARTBC members; call 800-757-4654 to sign up.
