Read to Rover

Certified therapy dogs from Love on a Leash visit the Beverly branch for an hour of reading practice. Kids in grades K and up can read aloud to the dogs on Saturday, September 19, from 11 AM to noon, building fluency and confidence in a low-pressure setting. Part of the Chicago Public Library's Jump Into Reading initiative. Registration is free but requires a parent or guardian's email address.
