Perinatal Mental Health Seminar

A perinatal mental health seminar led by Megan Madera of Pure Health Center, focused on emotional well-being during pregnancy and the postpartum period. The session offers practical coping strategies and connections to supportive resources, geared toward expecting parents, new parents, and anyone supporting someone through the perinatal period. Presented in English and Spanish, it takes place Friday, September 25, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Brighton Park.
