Open Shop

Drop by the Harold Washington Library Center on Wednesday, November 11, from 1:00 to 7:30 PM for Open Shop, a free-form session where you can get a quick software overview, ask about a project, or see what other makers are working on. Equipment on hand includes a laser cutter, electronic cutter, 3D printer, sewing machine, and hot glue guns. It’s a low-commitment way to explore the tools and get practical help without signing up for a full class.
