Open Shop

Open Shop at Harold Washington Library Center is a Saturday-morning drop-in session, from 10 AM to 1 PM on October 24, where you can get a brief software overview, ask for help on a project, or see what other makers are working on. The space has a laser cutter, electronic cutter, 3D printer, sewing machine, and hot glue guns available to use with your own creativity. If you'd rather have structured instruction, the library also runs scheduled workshops, and those who can't make it in person can submit an Ask a Maker form for assistance.
