Messy Art: Paper Bag Piñatas

A crafty evening program at the Archer Heights branch: families with children ages 3 and up can make their own small paper bag piñatas, then stick around to break one together at the end. Supplies and candy are provided. It runs Wednesday, September 23, from 6 to 7 PM.
