Inspired by Home and Heritage: Scrap Collage
A scrap collage workshop at the Archer Heights branch explores themes of home, identity, and cultural heritage, inspired by the multimedia work of artist Destyni “Desi” Swoope. Participants use paper and fabric scraps to create collages that reflect personal stories and memories, drawing from Swoope's installation *Abuela's House* at the National Puerto Rican Museum. No art experience is necessary for the Monday, July 27 session from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Registration is required.
