Wafa Ghnaim, founder of the Tatreez Institute, discusses the works in *Embroidered Traditions from Morocco to Afghanistan* in a lecture at Fullerton Hall. Ghnaim shares her research on identifying dresses and embroidery traditions from Syria and Palestine, addressing gaps and conflicts in historical sources, and tracing the provenance of dress and objects across the region. Following the talk, she sits down with exhibition curator Janet Marion Purdy for a conversation. The program runs Saturday afternoon, November 14, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
