A lecture that reconsiders Arabian Peninsula dress as a story of migration and trade, not just identity. Alex Aubry, director of the Fashion Resource Center at SAIC, uses rare pieces to trace cross-cultural connections through colonialism and exchange, presented alongside the museum's *Embroidered Traditions* exhibition. The talk happens Thursday, October 15, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in Fullerton Hall. It is free with museum admission, registration required, and closed captioning will be available.
