Ikebana for All at Lincoln

A Saturday afternoon workshop on the Japanese art of flower arrangement, led by Margot Wang, president of the Ohara School of Ikebana Chicago Chapter. Each session on September 26 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM at the Lincoln Park Cultural Center begins with a slideshow introduction to the 500-year-old practice, followed by hands-on arrangement work using a curriculum from Japan. Participants receive individual critique from the sensei and take their finished arrangement home.
