Gallery Meet & Greet - Mike Pocius: Neighborhood Picture Guy

Photographer Mike Pocius hosts a low-key meet-and-greet on Saturday afternoon, October 24, from 1 to 2 PM, in the Special Collections Exhibit Foyer on the 9th floor of the Harold Washington Library Center. He'll talk about what drew him to photograph the city he calls "the strange, wonderful and beguiling" and how those images came together for the *Neighborhood Picture Guy* exhibition currently on view there. No tickets or registration needed — just show up and ask questions. Sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with two weeks' notice by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org.
