Families Together: Mixed Media

A self-guided open studio program at the Chinatown library invites kids ages 6 to 13 to make art inspired by family togetherness, with reference images from Romare Bearden, Mary Cassatt, and Suzuki Harunobu. The afternoon also includes folding paper cranes toward a goal of 1,000 for a library display. Materials are provided, and the session runs Wednesday, October 21, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.
