
Educator Seminar | Facing Freedom
The Chicago History Museum invites middle and high school educators to explore the newly reimagined *Facing Freedom* exhibition during a two-part seminar on Saturday, October 17, starting at 9:30 AM. The morning covers themes including workers' rights, public protest, community defense, and race and citizenship through facilitated activities, scholarly talks, and field trip planning. Attending the first session on October 3 is recommended, as the two build on one another. Registration is required for this free program, which offers up to six professional development hours and free classroom resources.
