DIY Papel Picado Banner

A papercut-banner workshop for teens at the Lozano branch, part of Latine Heritage Month programming. Participants learn to design templates and cut tissue paper into traditional papel picado patterns, taking home a festive finished decoration. The session runs Tuesday, September 29, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, and is open to ages 11 to 19.
