Classic Film Screening: The Warriors (1979)

The Warriors (1979) screens at Lincoln Belmont as part of the library's monthly classic film series on Friday, November 27, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM. Walter Hill's cult thriller follows a Coney Island gang falsely accused of assassinating a rival leader, fighting their way home through the Bronx — a loose retelling of Xenophon's *Anabasis*. English subtitles for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers will be available. Free, no registration required.
