Chicago Transit Hikes with Author Lindsay Welbers

Lindsay Welbers, author of *Chicago Transit Hikes*, gives a presentation on using the CTA and Metra to reach forests, prairies, wetlands, dunes, and Lake Michigan shoreline. The talk takes place Thursday evening, August 20, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the Harold Washington Library Center in the Loop. Welbers explains how to pair the city's public rail system with the region's hiking trails.
