Artist Talk: Stan Douglas

The Society of Contemporary Art hosts Vancouver-based artist Stan Douglas for a talk about his work in film, video, and photography, which examines social rupture and technology’s effect on memory and history. Douglas has an extensive exhibition history—he represented Canada at the 2022 Venice Biennale and has received the Hasselblad Award and the Order of Canada. The conversation takes place Tuesday evening, December 8, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in Fullerton Hall. Free but registration is required.
