Artful Afternoon

Artful Afternoon gives families a low-key way to spend Halloween afternoon indoors: drop in at Harold Washington Library Center on Saturday, October 31, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM for Halloween-themed crafts. The program welcomes kids ages 3 and up with their families, and no registration is mentioned—just show up and create.
