Art Book Club: Ways of Seeing by John Berger

The Art Book Club at Harold Washington Library Center tackles John Berger's enduring *Ways of Seeing* this December, with a focused discussion on Chapter 5 about oil painting. The group meets Thursday evening, December 3, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Newcomers are welcome—you can pick up a copy at the 8th floor reference desk beforehand, or watch Episode 3 of the original BBC series as an alternative. A thoughtful, low-key way to spend a winter evening with other readers and art enthusiasts.
