Ancestral Plant Medicine

A Saturday afternoon workshop at Lozano that looks at plant medicine through both traditional and scientific lenses, co-presented by a health educator and a chef. Dr. Leilah Siegel and Chef Paul Molina guide participants through specific herbs and their cultural uses, with a focus on healing as a community practice rather than just a clinical one. The session runs from 2:00 to 3:30 PM on December 5. Registration is required.
