A monthly health seminar series presented by UI Health, held on the second Wednesday of each month at Brighton Park. December's session runs from 11 AM to noon and covers healthcare resources, preventive care, and how to make informed decisions about your health. The seminars are bilingual, offered in both English and Spanish.
