Chess for Beginners is a drop-in open-play session at Jefferson Park, open to anyone who wants to learn the game or practice their skills. All boards and pieces are provided, making it a low-pressure way to start playing for the first time or get back into it. The session runs Thursday, November 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
