Write at CPL: Publishing 101

The Write at CPL series continues with a practical workshop on traditional publishing, led by novelist Julia Fine. Fine walks participants through the process of querying literary agents, explains how the publishing ecosystem works, and describes what happens to a manuscript after it’s sold. The session includes a Q&A and is designed for aspiring authors who want a clear, grounded look at the industry. It takes place Thursday, November 5, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Uptown branch. Space is limited, so registration is required; the event is free.
